There were comfortable beds and a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge in the superior twin room...

One of the advantages - absolutely gorgeous and spacious rooms; they included a brush and a toothpaste. A bus station was next to place.

We had a fantastic stay at Chisun Standard Kyoto Horikawa Gojo. the hotel was extremely clean and offered outstanding value for money. the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, and although my Japanese is limited, they also spoke a good amount of English. Even the housekeeping staff were responsible, on time, and went out of their way to assist us. the hotel's proximity to two nearby convenience stores, 7-Eleven and Lawsons, was also convenient. we appreciated the complimentary coffee until midnight and the paid laundry machine. the bed was super comfortable, and the hotel's location was quite good. we were impressed with the friendly staff and the hotel's cleanliness. Cons: Nothing not to like. 😊.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable beds and free use of bicycles that helped us conveniently explore the surrounding area. The staff were accommodating, assisting us with reservation making and providing a great breakfast. the hotel's location was perfect for our needs, close to restaurants and local shops.

The coffee that was offered for free was not to our taste and the wait for the only available washer/dryer was frustrating. It would have been great if complimentary bottled water was provided as well.
